Government:
No reform or law can be passed if we maintain the current inefficient and bureaucratic system we have now. Our democracy, by its very design, is intended to be this way. The founding fathers are deified as gods by the very people that they actively tried to disenfranchise from voting, which is fairly ironic and a perfect summary of what our current system of democracy pretty much is.
Our system is a vetocracy at its best, and a guided democracy at its worst. Policies that benefit the people and are supported by the people. are usually talked to death or lobbied out of existence; furthermore, bills that are detrimental to the well-being of the average citizen typically pass without media attention or hassle.
Our first course of action can be our legislature.
Our representation for policies regarding economic life is based on geography, or in other words, we draw lines on a map and group together masses of people who have nothing else in common outside of the fact that they live in said line on the map. These people who have nothing in common are tasked with electing a representative whose only expertise is that he is a politician, he tells people what they wish to hear and he properly placates the people until the day he is appointed, in which he is tasked with voting on matters that he has no business in.
As opposed to just representation based upon that simple commonality alone, we can represent the people by function.
People will be electing candidates who are both relatable to them and also educated in what they are representing. This new chamber of the legislature will be ideal for representing the interests of each field of life, from employers, workers, professionals, etc. Economic policy is far too intricate and complex to be handled by men who are trained in nothing except the art of appearing likable and rhetoric alone. Men who have a habit of making uneducated assessments of policy will no longer be the case These men who are both educated in their respective fields and aided by economists and experts alike will be a much better fit for overseeing our economy and providing solutions to economic problems wherever they may arise, at its current state this "economic council" will be composed of functional representatives from each state, employers, workers, professionals, coop workers, crafts, etc which will serve as a third chamber of our legislature, converting it to a tricameral system. For the time being, this will be serving mainly as an advisory role to provide valuable insight from these groups.
In addition to this, recall elections will be allowed for members of Congress, allowing them to be removed by popular mandate before their term is completed.
All government positions as well will be elected via ranked-choice voting, and political parties will be abolished to allow for independent candidates who are elected by merit alone. Salaries will be reduced, and stock trading will also be banned; politicians should not see running our country as a money-making venture.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Establish the "Economic Council" composed of representatives for trades and vocations such as oversee economic matters and serve an advisory role to the government.
-Allow for "recall elections" in which elected Representatives and Senators can be put on a ballot before their term is up, granted that a 20% signature threshold is reached. The President is exempt.
-Implement ranked-choice voting in which all ballots are granted the ability to rank 3 candidates from most favored to least favored. This is intended to prevent "wasting votes".
-Anti-gerrymandering measures including mandating independent, non-partisan redistricting commissions; ensuring that county/parish lines are left intact where possible; making it illegal to draw lines to receive a partisan advantage.
-Reduce the salaries of all elected officials and appointed heads of agencies; provide free housing and transportation arrangements within the District of Colombia for elected officials.
-Require all stocks owned by elected officials to be put into a blind trust and administered by a fiduciary.
-Impose limitations on donations for "Super PACs".
-Overturn Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission.
-Repeal of the Authorization for Use of Military Force and restore to Congress their constitutional authority to approve military action.
For all the technological advancements and machinery mankind has created, it is depressing to see what little we have to show for it. Progress as it is will forever be unattainable if we insist on allowing rent seekers and corporate powers to extract everything produced by society. In America, specifically, it is appalling to see that the nation that boasts about its GDP and stock market is unable or unwilling to provide paid leave to mothers having children. We spent our whole existence proclaiming that we live in the best system that ever was and ever will be, and we do it by ignoring every facet of human existence that produces happiness or comfort. The protection of leisure and family time will be an absolute priority in this new economy, but we do not seek to merely acquire moderate concessions for American workers. We must first address how we got in this position to begin with. The relationship of employer and employee is a dictatorial one; the worker is subservient to the employer and has no motivation outside of keeping his profession and making enough to cover expenses. His natural desire is to obtain the highest amount of pay by working the least amount of hours. The employer desires the opposite, hoping to get his workers to work the highest amount of hours for the lowest amount of pay possible. This relationship is, of course, one of antithetical interest that, without proper oversight, will result in the suppression of the working class. Many nations have laws and regulations to protect workers, such as the right to organize, the minimum wage, paid time off, etc, but this is merely a concession made to alleviate an issue that is a natural result of an uneven workplace relationship. We do not subscribe to the notion that the result of this must mean worker takeover or union suppression. There is merit in business ownership, and we recognize the right to private property. What we seek is the elevation of unions in workplace management. Workers in all professions will be granted the right to elect a significant portion of the board of directors in the companies where they work. For businesses over a certain size, workers will be granted 20% of company stock to significantly alter workers' relationship with company success. The result of these changes alone will give workers significant influence over business decision-making, allowing for better job protection, better input from the bottom up, and the ability to advance worker interests without relying exclusively on the right to strike, which is naturally disruptive to economic progress. With added responsibility, a profit-sharing incentive will also be implemented to give workers a form of payment alongside wages, which will be tied directly to company success, meaning that their bonuses will depend entirely on their initiative. The relationship of employer and employee will not be the only change; the relationship of the state and economic life. The state is often the boogieman of American politics, and the first instinct to anything resembling intervention or regulation is to cry tyranny. The Union Front will follow the legacy of the New Deal, which identified the same problems that we do today: that private entities cannot be trusted to exclusively guarantee economic stability. The deregulation of banking via repealing the Glass-Steagall Act allowed for the rise of too-big-to-fail entities that cause nation-shattering economic issues when they collapse under their own weight. The privatization of water led to the rise of prices and rarely an improvement in service, and prior to these changes, we have seen in old America the rise of company towns and corporate-mandated horrors. What this spells out very blatantly is that the state absolutely requires a hand in economic affairs to ensure accountability, fairness, and stability. To aid in this undertaking, the US will undergo the creation of an "economic council" (as mentioned in the government section above) composed of functional representatives such as employers, employees, coop workers, professionals, education, science, healthcare, etc to provide a new form of representation for economic affairs by offering input from all trades and professions. The intention of this is to offer valuable input to government decision-making and allow for the creation of economic democracy in which people will have the ability to elect a representative from their field of life, as opposed to what is essentially a bureaucrat representing a state.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-The "Economic Council" will be utilized as a new chamber of the legislature to represent economic interests via mediating labor disputes and serving an advisory role in coordinating economic affairs.
-The state will enable sectoral bargaining and greater union oversight over economic affairs
-Businesses will be required to have union representation on the board of directors as a means to expand the power of workers in company decision making.
-End right to work laws
-Implement profit sharing in larger enterprises, entitling workers to a share of business profits as a bonus, encouraging greater motivation and initiative.
-Mandate paid leave and family leave,
-Worker cooperatives will be promoted and given tax benefits that will allow for them to better compete in a market economy.
-Nationalization of certain key industries such as energy.
-Return of the Glass Steagall act.
-End of stock buybacks.
-Encourage mutual aid organizations, and credit unions as an alternative, and fight to avoid the predatory lending practices.
-Regulations on anti-consumer practices such as planned obsolescence and complicated subscription cancellations, as well as automated calls. In addition, legislation will be passed to promote the right to repair.
-Investments will be made to expand public transportation as an alternative to expanding roads.
-Further legislation to incentivize using nuclear energy as opposed to fossil fuels.
-Carbon taxes on all companies that burn fossil fuels.
-Implementation of a land value tax, a value-added tax, and grant free tax filing to all, repeal of property taxes will also be implemented to encourage land improvement.
A highly contentious issue that primarily revolves around the past treatment of minorities and the possibility of amending past mistakes. Reparations for mistakes like slavery are simply not feasible and it is not even reasonable to propose anymore; however, things such as segregation (and many other policies) have long-lasting effects that have yet to be dealt with. For example, the history of suburbs can be summarized as us intentionally neglecting to fund and maintain black communities like we initially should have.
The questions of “Is it culture or is it socio-economic factors” as explanations for WHY these communities are failing are the wrong questions to be asking when it comes to addressing issues in these communities. The question should be “Do they need help?”. Any government that has even the slightest interest in helping its citizens will answer yes.
Government action should be taken to finally take on this issue such as addressing existing issues with black education in regards to proper funding and attention. By investing efforts into training facilities in trade jobs, as well as increasing teacher salaries to possibly increase the number of people willing to become teachers, we can lessen the economic and educational gap between these communities with the rest of the United States.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Raise teacher pay, and forgive loans for individuals pursuing education as a career to ease teacher shortage.
-Use increase in size to create more classrooms and reduce the size of each, allowing for more attentive care to each student.
-Provide greater access to trade jobs, which can be a low cost and easy way to enter into a high paying and valuable job.
-End the war on drugs, legalize marijuana.
-Provide greater funding for programs to assist at-risk youth and more funding to schools of marginalized communities.
-Arable land owned by foreign entities(China), and corporations intended to be broken up, will be seized, and then granted to individuals interested about agriculture, this is specifically intended to encourage greater economic self-sufficiency among these groups.
Home ownership is slowly becoming impossible, primarily because the wealthy have taken to buying up all the affordable housing and then charging people rent to live in the houses. This is not honest work and it's parasitic in every regard. With the land value tax being implemented as well, the profession of landlords will be impacted heavily. Now one may say, don't landlords provide housing? Not at all, they simply own it. The way they profit is rarely by building a home, but instead by buying a cheap home and then having it rented out to people, even worse than this, by buying up all the affordable housing, they create a housing shortage which is what they use to then rent out at insane rates. This is not providing anything and is just exploitation that rarely requires genuine and honest work. A vacancy tax will also exist for the ownership of unoccupied homes. As well as bringing back affordable housing by taking away the middlemen who intentionally abuse the law of supply and demand by creating a housing scarcity, We can also begin using state intervention to construct new homes that can be rented at low cost, as well as converting unused buildings into places open for housing. The American dream of home ownership can once again be seen as feasible.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Implement a land value tax and vacancy tax, encourage land owners to use land or sell it to someone who will, and prevent companies from buying buildings with the purpose of letting them decay.
-Fund a large-scale program to produce small, affordable homes, convert abandoned buildings, office sites, malls, etc into apartment complexes with affordable rents.
-Repeal Faircloth Amendment.
-Ban corporate purchases of homes and residential areas.
-Promote the existence of housing cooperatives and special tax privileges as well as generous loans with the intention of creating more as a potential alternative to private landlords, in addition to this encourage local communities to develop community land trust.
-Relax zoning laws and needless regulations on the creation of more housing.
-Promote eco-friendly housing such as green roofs, passive homes, etc.
-Provide funding for public transportation to reduce reliance on cars and the need for car-dependent infrastructure, and open cities up to become walkable.
We can look at immigration as a perfect policy of what not to do in American politics. Neither the left nor the right are entirely satisfied with the abysmal state of our current system of immigration, we can start by limiting the number of immigrants entering the country to 150,000 reducing the number of people that need to be processed every year, however, immigrants skilled in trades and possessing a formal education will be exempt from this limitation. For those accepted, the requirement to know the English language will be imposed, and programs will be provided to help those who are willing to learn. Funds will be allocated to properly provide and expand immigration courts, to process those that come into the country, this should, in theory, speed up the process of getting US citizenship, in addition to this we can provide a pathway for illegal immigrants currently in the nation the ability to obtain citizenship as well, in the mean time of processing the millions of undocumented migrants in the US. A temporary pause on the border will be in effect for five years. After that, immigration to the country will be allowed once again under the new restrictions.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Cap yearly immigration to 150,000 a year, with exceptions only for skilled workers and highly educated.
-Temporary halt on all immigration from the border for five years.
-Expand size of immigration courts to increase the speed of the vetting process.
-Require an understanding of English and provide programs to educate individuals on speaking fluently once entering the country.
-Expectation that one should assimilate into the country.
-As opposed to deportation, undocumented migrants who are already here will be offered a path to citizenship. Afterwards, illegal immigration will be met with deportation.
Often patriotism leaves a bad taste in the mouths of individuals who are committed to having zero obligations to anything. The only way to ensure the survival of a country is to have a nation of people who are dedicated to preserving it. It isnot unreasonable that in terms of trade and foreign policy, the country should always be put first as opposed to playing this paternalistic role of overseeing the protection and development of nations and the world. Providing a sense of belonging and identity to citizens within a country is not only beneficial, but it's an essential building block of any society.
However, in the pursuit of achieving a new patriotic wave of individuals in America, we must also avoid individuals who seek the opposite of unity but rather division with their brands of nationalism, for example, “racial nationalists” who often emphasize things like white and black nationalism/supremacy, are not only threats to the territorial sovereignty of the country by advocating separatism but they are also individuals who seek to undermine the unique American identity of being colorless and open. It is often stated that America is not a nation based on ethnicity, tribe, or anything of that regard. Instead, it was a nation that was founded by deists, fought for by all races, and has been built by everyone throughout its history. So, as nationalists, we reject the notion of racism and discrimination against other Americans in any regard, and we reject any attempts to turn our country into an ethno-state.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Regulate lobbying on behalf of foreign governments.
-Prioritize domestic production and industry as opposed to free trade.
-Ban dual citizenship in the government.
The American prison system isn't just a joke, but it also doesn't fix the problem of stopping criminals; in fact, it makes hardened criminals out of petty thieves. The first thing to consider for a criminal is that you have to understand why they are criminals. More often than not. criminal behavior is a result of economic conditions and even mental illness. What we can offer in prisons is proper treatment for these mental illnesses, and provide programs for prisoners on how to reintegrate themselves into society. Career opportunities are also a serious issue for people with a criminal past, and it often results in them going back to the behavior that caused them to be imprisoned to begin with. To negate this, we can start with reforming “penal labor,” which is essentially slavery this and instead provide prisoners with technical expertise in various trades, allowing them to learn valuable training and skills so that they can reenter the workforce. All private prisons will be shut down.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-End private prisons.
-Promote programs that will provide inmates with useful technical skills.
-Promote programs intended to make the transition from prison life to public life easier.
-Focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment, end minimum sentencing.
We are in favor of free speech and free press fully. However, we must ensure that journalism embraces the role of an impartial source of information. Journalism should be seen as a service to the community and not an institution for profit. Now what we can ensure is that the press can remain impartial at the very least. “The fairness doctrine” will be reintroduced into the FCC for all that have a broadcasting license demanding that the media fairly represent differing viewpoints. As well as ensuring things such as free speech and discussion on the internet and social media.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Break up media conglomerates.
-Reintroduce the fairness doctrine.
-Protect whistleblowers.
-Mandate free speech even in social media.
A common stereotype of your average American is that they are relatively unhealthy; this is a painful understatement. Unsurprisingly, the government has made little effort to combat this issue, because the fact that the food consumed reduces life expectancy simply means they do not have to bother with the hassle of investing in retirement, so who cares? The first course of action can be a tax on sugar, addictive substances, and various other things that could be considered detrimental to the health of a human being. Often, this policy sounds unacceptable to the average person who wants to have their cake and eat it too, they want the ability to smoke, eat garbage, and destroy everything around them while also wanting things such as free healthcare. In other words, they want the special rights to destroy themselves, and in the case of smoking, the right to destroy others as well, and have a government that will happily enable it via taxpayer money. Any person worth anything can fully understand that the right to self-destruction and social services are antithetical. The government will take a greater role in negotiating prices for healthcare, as well efforts will be made to realistically push for universal healthcare.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Tax sugar and fat.
-Ban explicitly harmful substances such as red40.
-Tax cigarettes and alcoholic beverages.
-Promote physical health and well-being vocally, encourage a greater role of physical education in schools and promote organizations that emphasize physical development.
-Mandate free school lunches for all schools.
-Provide time limits on medical patents, encourage greater competition to drive down prices.
It is a sad reality that a significant portion of marriages in America end in divorce. The family is the foundation of any society so it's obvious why we cannot allow this to be the norm. The first thing that comes to mind is we can provide free marriage counseling for all married individuals who require it and we would hope that economic programs that benefit working people will make financial and professional stressors much less of an issue for married individuals.
Another aspect of family life that has become more impractical as time has progressed is the ability to have children, which means that we should be mandating paid family leave, financial assistance, and tax incentives to lessen the burden on families who are having children.
However, our support for the creation of families should not be seen as our refusal to acknowledge a woman's right to choose, we explicitly support the codification of Roe V Wade into law.
However, it is not just economics that explicitly harm families and society itself, a particular evil that is never truly addressed will have to be the sex industry.
The "sexual revolution" for the most part has had positive effects on society when it comes to destigmatizing what should be considered natural. However, few can argue that this hasn't gone too far, especially with the rise of pornography and the sex culture that has been cultivated by it.
Specifically, the rise of porn addiction has led to a normalization of things considered horrific long ago. It has impacted the lives of millions already and will continue to do so for as long as we continue believing that this widespread drug is harmless, specifically leading to a rise of infidelity and altering the minds of people who consume it regularly.
The companies behind this also have questionable integrity as well. A ban on this sort of media is long overdue, more importantly, actions will need to be taken to shut down these websites and a full investigation on these companies will need to be done to combat sex trafficking and exploitation, however, we also understand how ambitious this sounds and the logistical troubles this may cause, so at the very least government oversight such as regulation on material that promotes it which will result in a ban of material that promotes incest, sexual violence, infidelity, and various other media that could be considered unacceptable or obscene.
Programs will exist to provide an out to sex workers such as protecting anonymity and financial assistance in finding work, the same policy will apply to sex work in general, illegal to buy, but legal to sell.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Paid family leave for parents
-Free marriage counseling.
-Increase federal protections for pregnant women in the workforce.
-tax benefits and financial assistance for having children.
-Return Roe v Wade as law.
-Mandate ID for all states to consume pornography.

-Regulation of material deemed unnacceptable (incest and sexual violence).
-Equal pay for equal work..
An uncompromisable position held by our movement will forever be our defense of our nation's right to bear arms.
More importantly, our defense of the people's right to protect themselves against hostile threats and the state itself.
A statist society cannot exist if there is not an armed population willing to fight for it and against it when necessary. Our future promises a self-reliant population capable of its protection.
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
-Removal of the National Firearms act concerning AOW's, suppressors, short barrels, etc.
-Prohibition of federal enforcement of state laws that infringe on the right to bear arms.
-Repeal the ban on interstate hand gun sales.
